Terms of Use
VisualQuip Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These terms apply to use of company-managed VisualQuip products, including VisualQuip Inspection, unless a separate written customer agreement applies. Customer agreements may contain additional or different commercial terms.
1. Company-managed access
VisualQuip is a business service operated by RoboQuip. Access is provided to employees, contractors and other authorised users through a customer organisation. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use only the workspace and records they are authorised to access.
2. Permitted use
Users may use VisualQuip for legitimate business workflows such as equipment records, inspections, field evidence, job context, reporting and visual planning features enabled for their company. Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful material or use another person’s account.
3. Inspection and safety responsibilities
VisualQuip Inspection supports workflow, evidence capture and operational recordkeeping for trained personnel. It does not certify equipment, guarantee compliance, replace statutory or manufacturer requirements, replace company procedures, provide engineering approval, or replace the judgement of a competent person.
Users and customer organisations remain responsible for inspection competence, procedures, decisions, approvals, record accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, standards, manufacturer information and workplace requirements.
4. Customer data and evidence
The customer organisation controls the business records entered into its workspace, subject to the applicable customer agreement and law. Users must have authority to upload personal information, photos, documents, inspection evidence and operational records. Uploaded records must not be misleading, unlawfully obtained or presented as proving something they do not prove.
5. Availability and changes
VisualQuip may maintain, improve, secure or change the service over time. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Users should follow company procedures for critical work and must not rely on an unsynced draft as the only required record.
6. Intellectual property
VisualQuip software, branding, interfaces and supplied content remain the property of RoboQuip or its licensors. Customer organisations retain their rights in customer data. These terms do not transfer ownership of either party’s intellectual property.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended where required by the customer organisation, the applicable customer agreement, security needs, suspected misuse, non-payment or law. Users may request account deletion as described on the account-deletion page.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the VisualQuip Privacy Policy. Privacy questions may be sent to support@visualquip.com.
9. Contact and governing context
VisualQuip is operated by RoboQuip in Queensland, Australia. These terms are intended to operate with applicable Australian law and any written customer agreement. Questions may be sent to support@visualquip.com.
