VisualQuip Inspection is designed for authorised field users working inside a company workspace. It helps people capture and organise evidence; it does not turn software records into certification.
Record the outcome
Record pass, fail or needs-attention outcomes with notes and the authenticated inspector identity, then review inspection history.
Scan equipment identifiers
Scan a barcode or QR code, or tap a compatible NFC tag linked to your equipment register. Manual search is also available. Confirm the equipment before recording its result.
Recover interrupted work
Local drafts and pending-sync states distinguish work saved on the device from records confirmed by the company system. An internet connection is required to load records and synchronise inspections.
Traceable field records
Useful evidence without pretending it proves more than it does.
Where a user deliberately requests it, a one-off location reading can be stored with an inspection or job milestone for site traceability. VisualQuip Inspection does not continuously track location.
Job context can connect the booking, customer, site, contact and linked equipment so the inspector can see what the work relates to before recording an outcome.

It does not certify equipment, guarantee compliance, replace statutory inspections, replace manufacturer requirements, replace company procedures, replace engineering approval, or replace the judgement of a competent person.
Inspection outcomes and uploaded records must be reviewed and used according to the customer organisation’s procedures and applicable requirements.
