Record the outcome
Capture pass, fail or needs-attention outcomes with notes, checklist responses and the authenticated inspector identity.
Attach evidence
Use the camera or selected photos for equipment tags and inspection evidence. Evidence remains connected to the inspection record.
Recover interrupted work
Local drafts and pending-sync states distinguish work saved on the device from records confirmed by the company system.
Traceable field records
Useful evidence without pretending it proves more than it does.
Where a user deliberately requests it, a one-off location reading can be stored with an inspection or job milestone for site traceability. VisualQuip Inspection does not continuously track location.
Job context can connect the booking, customer, site, contact and linked equipment so the inspector can see what the work relates to before recording an outcome.

Inspection outcomes and uploaded records must be reviewed and used according to the customer organisation’s procedures and applicable requirements.
